the AAPOA Board for 25 years
In 2010 John McAlevey and then
president of the AuSable Acres Property Owners Association, Loyd Brewer
negotiated with JLKN Associates. These agreements followed years
of discussion and negotiation. and achieved the following:
1. Lake Eaton, the park and all of
the mapped and marked trails are open and available to the AuSable Acres
community year round in perpetuity.
2. The tennis courts are the property of the Assn. and are available to
the community as well.
3. JLKN assumes responsibility for the health and maintenance of Lake
4. If the Property Owners Association succeeds in having a 150 or more
of the lots in the present sub-division converted by deed to permanent
membership, then any lots created by JLKN or any successor in interest,
would all be mandatory members of the Association.
